Finishing

Which surface treatments do you offer for aluminium enclosures?

Anodising (natural, black and custom colours), fine sandblasting, powder coating, brushing, silk-screen printing and laser engraving — all handled in-house so the finish stays consistent across batches.

All finishing is done in our own plant. That matters because anodising colour consistency is the single most common complaint buyers have about aluminium enclosures, and it is usually caused by the anodiser being a different workshop from the extruder, working from a colour chip instead of a controlled process.

For outdoor enclosures — telecom cabinets, energy-storage shells, EV charger housings — we normally recommend powder coating over anodising for UV and salt-spray resistance, and we can quote both so you can compare. More detail in our energy and outdoor applications.
