Yes — we build strictly to your drawing or sample, apply your logo by silk printing, laser engraving or embossing, and support custom packaging. Our polish-free 6063 process removes the polishing step entirely and saves roughly 15% of finishing cost.
OEM and ODM are both routine for us. OEM means we build to your drawing or reference sample; ODM means you bring a concept and our engineers develop the profile section with you. Branding options include silk-screen printing, laser engraving and embossing, plus custom packaging and labelling.
The 15% saving: polish-free 6063
Most enclosures are polished before anodising because the raw extrusion surface shows die lines. Our process avoids that step entirely. We start from primary 6063 billet from a state-owned mill, run it through ceramic filtration, on-line degassing and homogenisation, which eliminates sand holes and weld lines at the material level. The result is a base surface fine enough to go straight to 180# fine blasting and then anodising — no polishing stage.
Removing polishing typically saves around 15% of your finishing cost and also shortens the schedule, because polishing is one of the slowest and most labour-dependent steps in the chain.
Your tooling drawings and dies remain yours. We do not reuse a customer's die for another customer's part — see NDA and tooling ownership.
