Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality management system, with incoming billet inspection, in-process checks and final QC. We also hold AAA enterprise credit, AAA contract-honouring and AAA integrity demonstration ratings and are a registered supplier on China's public tendering platform.
Quality control is documented at four gates, not left to final inspection:
- Incoming: billet chemical composition and surface check before the press.
- First article: full dimensional report against your drawing after the die is proven.
- In-process: patrol inspection on wall thickness, length and surface during the run.
- Pre-shipment: appearance, fit-check with your mating parts where supplied, and packing audit.
Our credentials: ISO 9001 quality management system, plus AAA enterprise credit grade, AAA contract-honouring & trustworthy unit and AAA integrity demonstration unit ratings, and registration as a supplier on China's public tendering platform. Certificate copies are provided on request.
We deliberately do not claim UL, CE, FCC or RoHS marks on our own name. Those are product-level certifications that belong to the finished device you build, not to the enclosure supplier — we supply the material declarations, plating and coating specifications your own compliance lab needs, but you should not expect a metal housing supplier to hand you a UL file. Any website that promises otherwise is worth treating with caution.
For customers who need it, we support third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, Intertek) at our plant before shipment, and we have hosted factory audits for European and North American buyers both in person and by live video.
