New tooling is developed in 4–5 days and samples ship in 7 days, including free mould design and 3 rounds of free sampling. After sample approval, mass production can start within 24 hours.

Three rounds of free sampling are included, so if the first article needs a wall thickness or fillet tweak, the second and third rounds do not add cost or push the schedule back to the start. Bulk lead time depends on your volume, finish and whether anodising colour matching is needed; we confirm it in writing with the quotation rather than quoting a generic range.
For programmes with a hard launch date we can hold safety stock of the extruded profile at our 3,000 m² warehouse and release machined batches on call, which removes most of the ocean-freight uncertainty from your schedule.
