MOQ is set per project from the profile cross-section and extrusion batch size, not a fixed piece count — send your drawing and we quote the exact minimum with tooling cost. Orders from 2 tonnes get the tooling fee fully waived.

How fast can you deliver tooling and samples?

Accepted Answer

New tooling is developed in 4–5 days and samples ship in 7 days, including free mould design and 3 rounds of free sampling. After sample approval, mass production can start within 24 hours.

Which drawing formats do you accept, and will you review my design before tooling?

Accepted Answer

We accept STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, AutoCAD DWG/DXF and dimensioned PDF. Our engineers review the feasibility of your 3D cross-section free of charge and suggest structural improvements before any tooling starts.

What tolerances can you hold on extruded aluminium enclosures?

Internal standard: inner/outer diameter ±0.04 mm and wall thickness ±0.02 mm — far tighter than the GB national standard. We stably mass-produce 0.3 mm ultra-thin walls and cut to length within ±0.005 mm.

Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality management system, with incoming billet inspection, in-process checks and final QC. We also hold AAA enterprise credit, AAA contract-honouring and AAA integrity demonstration ratings and are a registered supplier on China's public tendering platform.

Yes — we build strictly to your drawing or sample, apply your logo by silk printing, laser engraving or embossing, and support custom packaging. Our polish-free 6063 process removes the polishing step entirely and saves roughly 15% of finishing cost.

What payment terms and shipping methods do you support for overseas orders?

T/T bank transfer is standard, and monthly settlement can be arranged for long-term customers. Within Guangdong we deliver with our own fleet; nationwide and export shipments use pearl-cotton cushioning plus wooden crates. FOB Shenzhen / Hong Kong, CIF and DDP are all supported.

Factory visits and live video audits are welcome at our Guangming District plant in Shenzhen. Quote requests are answered within one working day; WhatsApp gets the fastest response.

Which export documents and HS codes do you provide for US and EU customs clearance?

Accepted Answer

Every shipment comes with commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin; we support Form E, Form F and RCEP declarations where applicable. Aluminium enclosures normally classify under HS 7616.99, with the finished-device code depending on your product.

Which surface treatments do you offer for aluminium enclosures?

Anodising (natural, black and custom colours), fine sandblasting, powder coating, brushing, silk-screen printing and laser engraving — all handled in-house so the finish stays consistent across batches.

Yes — we sign mutual NDAs routinely before drawings are exchanged. Tooling you pay for is yours: it is used only for your parts, stored at our plant at no charge, and never reused for another customer.

Which aluminium alloys and tempers do you work with?

Accepted Answer

6063 is our primary enclosure alloy thanks to its extrusion quality and surface finish; we also run 6061, 6060, 6005 and 6082 for higher-strength or structural parts, with T5 and T6 tempers available.
